Peak1 Stairs & Woodworking produces high quality hardwood inlays for many applications: Floors, Doors, Countertops, Tables, and Wall Art. All of our inlays are manufactured with a minimum of 3/8" thickness of hardwood and cut with a high degree of precision, hand assembled and finished to achieve the desired visual effect.

“Mountain Lion” is a 12” x 12” inlay of a mountain lion in White Oak flooring material.  The flooring material is ¾” thick solid hardwood flooring with tongued and grooved edges so that the main field of the flooring can be seamlessly installed. The mountain lion is composed of Ash, Maple, Walnut and Brazilian Cherry.

“White-tail Deer” is a 29” x 36” inlay of the bust of a white-tail deer inlayed into Mahogany flooring material. The Mahogany flooring is ¾” thick and can be tongued and grooved to make perfect seamless installation in a floor system.  The white-tailed deer is composed of Ash, Aspen, Red Oak, Maple and Walnut.

“Teton Barn” is a representation of an old ranch barn located on the east side of the Teton Mountains, outside of Jackson’s Hole in Wyoming. The barn is made from American Chestnut, Wormy Maple, Aspen, Red Oak, Alder, Poplar and Walnut on a field of American Chestnut.

‘Trout in the Game” is a 42” round x 1½” thick American Chestnut table with a Rainbow Trout inlayed in the center. The table also has an octagonal pedestal made from American Chestnut. The trout is composed of Maple, Walnut, Cherry, Poplar, and Brazilian Cherry.

“The Crystal River Mill” is one of the most photographed structures in Colorado and is located above the town of Marble, Colorado.  The Crystal River Mill is inlayed in a dining table that has surface measurements of 32” by 72” by 1 ½”.  The top is Red Oak and features a skirt and legs made from Douglas Fir and painted black. The inlay features American Chestnut, Walnut, Wormy Maple, Poplar, Cherry, Ash, and Mahogany.

“The Lighthouse” is constructed with Ash, Mahogany, Walnut, Poplar and Aspen in a field of Hickory. the Inlay covers and area that measures 18” wide by 14” high.

This is the “Spider Table”, it is a 20” high coffee table made entirely from reclaimed pallet wood. The detachable top is 39” by 24” by 1-1/4” Ash. The 4 legged hexagonal base is Red Oak that is also made from reclaimed pallet wood. The table is finished with Tung Oil for a 100% green product.

This is the “Z” Table, a unique end table with magazine shelf. The “Z” table is 20” by 15” on the top and 22” high, the magazine shelf measures 10” by 10”. The entire table was constructed from pallet wood and finished with Tung Oil for a 100% green product.

This unique conversational table is a 64” by 32” oval by 18” high, it is constructed from reclaimed White Oak, the Rustic Oak legs were made from reclaimed pallet wood. The table was finished with Tung Oil for a 100% green product

“Baseball, Apple Pie and Your Mom’s Kitchen Table” is a 42” by 42” by 30” high, White Oak table with inlayed Walnut accents. The table has two matching benches that are 24” by 12” by 18” high.

This is a Farm Harvest Table made from American Chestnut. The table is 109” long by 39” wide by 31” high.
