Returns-Refunds - My business is based on satisfied customers so I wish to stress the need for careful consideration before ordering or purchasing from my booth during one of the festivals. EXCHANGE ONLY is my policy, however, if there are extenuating circumstances a refund is possible with approval. All exchange/returns require authorization before shipping! and are subject to the item(s) being received in its original condition. Bue to excessive paperwork and handling generated for any return I find it neccessary to charge a 10% RESTOCKING FEE for all refunds.
